Privacy Policy

Information collected

• Account info — email address, and a display name for your profile.
• Role and access — your series, team, and role (competitor, official, team staff, partner, sponsor), used to control what you can see and post in the app.
• Content you create — messages, race control bulletins, and photos or documents you upload or attach.
• Photos and camera — only when you choose to attach a photo to a message, pulled from your photo library or camera with your permission.
• Push notification token — a device identifier used only to deliver notifications to your device.
• Travel details (PMNA and USAC staff only) — flight, hotel, and hire-car bookings synced from a connected travel provider (Concur or Navan), used for internal team logistics.

What this does not include

The app does not use advertising or analytics services, does not sell personal information, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Location is never collected.

Who can see your information

Access is scoped by role. Race control bulletins, schedules, and sponsor pages are visible to everyone following a series. Messages and channels are visible only to their members. Internal team logistics (travel, documents) are visible only to PMNA and USAC staff. Administrators can manage accounts and content but day-to-day visibility follows these same rules.

Third parties

Account data and content are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Live video is embedded from YouTube, which applies its own privacy policy while a stream plays. Staff travel sync connects to Concur or Navan only for accounts tagged as PMNA or USAC staff.

Data retention and your choices

Your account and content are kept while your account is active. To access, correct, or delete your data, contact an administrator through the support page or the email below — accounts and their content can be removed on request.

Children

The app is for licensed competitors, teams, officials, and series partners, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change with it.
